Embrace an experience you won't forget- silence, guided breathwork & somatic exercises to move stagnant energy through you, and meditation indoors and surrounded by beautiful trees and landscapes at Fells Meadows nature sanctuary. Allowing you to truly pause and rest, to restore mind, body and soul in nature, with other mothers who get it. There is no pre-requisite, this day is designed and planned from top to bottom, all you have to do is show up with an open heart and simply *be*.
